PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN that in an open public meeting on June 25, 2026 the City of Cape May Zoning Board of Adjustment approved an application submitted by the applicant, Christine Carlson-Glazer, related to the property located at 107 Ocean Street, Cape May, New Jersey, also known as Block 1057, Lot 25 on the Tax Map of the City of Cape May. The Board granted approval to convert the existing multi-family dwelling to a single-family home with associated variances. The Board subsequently memorialized its approval in Resolution No. 07-23-2026:3 during its July 23, 2026 open public meeting.
