TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made to the Municipal Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control of the City of Wildwood, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, for a person-to-person transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No.: 0514-33-030-009 for premises located at 4415 Park Boulevard, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 from T & A The Waterfront, LLC, with an office located at 4415 Park Boulevard, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 to PWS83, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company for the same premises at 4415 Park Boulevard, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, with its registered office at 100 East Lavender Road, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey 08260. The Plenary Retail Consumption License is currently sited at 4415 Park Boulevard, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260. The Plan of the licensed premises may be examined at the office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Wildwood, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260. The names and addresses of all people that are interest holders of the applicant, PWS83, LLC, is as follows: Peter W. Stampone, 1390 Tanglewood Drive, North Wales, Pennsylvania 19454, as to a 100% interest in the company as sole member of PWS83, LLC.
