ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TAKE NOTICE that the Stone Harbor Zoning Board had their Regular Meeting on July 6th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at which time the following matters were considered, and the following DECISIONS were made:
1. Memorialize Resolution #1008-2026, Sullivan, 9810 First Ave, was approved and adopted allowing variance relief for elevator addition.
THIS NOTICE is made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10 (I). Minutes of the meeting are on file with the Secretary of the Zoning Board, Borough of Stone Harbor, 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
