PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 14th day of July, 2026, at 6:00 PM, prevailing time, at the Avalon Borough Municipal Building, located at 3100 Dune Drive, Avalon, New Jersey 08202, the Avalon Planning/Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the application for development of the undersigned. Applicant seeks all required approvals and relief so as to permit NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDE YARD GARAGE ADDITION WITH ZONING VARIANCES TO ALLOW 21.1′ TOTAL AND 6.0′ MIN. SIDE YARD SETBACK. WHERE 26.6′ TOTAL AND 10.67′ MIN. ARE REQUIRED FOR THE OVERSIZED LOT, AND TO ALLOW BUILDING COVERAGE OF 30.85% WHERE 27% IS REQUIRED FOR THE OVERSIZED LOT, and additionally any and all variances deemed necessary by the Board. A copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Avalon Planning/Zoning Board and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Avalon Planning/Zoning Office, Dept Public Works Building, 1401 Dune Drive, Avalon, New Jersey, by all interested parties at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Avalon Planning/Zoning Board. This notice is sent pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
