TAKE NOTICE that GITSIT Solutions, LLC has filed an Order to Show Cause in the Su-perior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Cape May County, under Docket No. CPM-P95-26, seeking the appointment of a third-party administrator for the Estate of Margaret M. Corcoran , who died a resident of Cape May County, New Jersey on Sep-tember 19, 2021.
The decedent, Margaret M. Corcoran , was the owner of real property located at 338 Linda Anne Avenue, North Cape May, New Jersey .
The applicant, GITSIT Solutions, LLC , is the holder of a reverse mortgage on the afore-mentioned property and seeks the appointment of a third-party administrator for the limited purpose of effectuating a transfer of the property via a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure or a short-sale to a third party.
A hearing on this matter is scheduled before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Cape May County, on August 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
