ORDINANCE 649 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 649(2026) entitled “ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 181 BULKHEADS SECTION 11 ENTITLED “EXISTING NONCONFORMING FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION COMPLIANCE” OF THE COD OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD, COUNTY OF CAPE MAY, NEW JERSEY” hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on May 1, 2026 and that said Ordinance was considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing held at the Regular Commission Meeting on June 5, 2026, at 7:00pm prevailing time at which time Ordinance 649(2026) was finally adopted.
