NOTICE OF ORDINANCE 650 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 650(2026) entitled “TO REPEAL AND REPLACE CHAPTER 520-25 TO 520-30 ENTITLED “HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONE” IN THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD, APE MAY COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PARKS BEACHES AND RECREATION AREA” OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD, is hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on June 5, 2026 and that said Ordinance will be further considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing to be held at the Regular Commission Meeting to be held on July 2, 2026, at 9:00am prevailing time in the Borough of West Wildwood Municipal Building, 701 W. Glenwood Avenue. A copy of the full Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk for use and examination by the Public at the West Wildwood Municipal Building Monday through Friday excluding Holidays, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
