PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN that in an open public meeting on April 23, 2026 the Township of Dennis Consolidated Land Use Board approved an application submitted by the applicant, Leo Voloshin, related to the property located at 2352 & 2370 Route 9, Dennis Township (Block 253.03, Lot 55 & 56). The Board granted approval for a minor subdivision/lot line adjustment together with variance approval for proposed Lot 55 (minimum lot area, minimum lot depth, pre-existing no-conforming front yard setback, and minimum rear yard setback) and proposed Lot 56 (pre-existing non-conforming front yard setback and minimum side yard setback of an accessory structure). The Board subsequently memorialized its approval in Resolution #2026-36 during its May 28, 2026 open public meeting.
