NOTICE OF BOARD ACTION


TAKE NOTICE, in open meeting on May 21st, 2026, the West Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board took action on the following application.

Resolution – 2026-03 At the Borough of West Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board heard and considered the application of 16-18 Lake Road, LLC (the “Applicant”), the owner of the properties located at 16 and 18 Lake Road, a/k/a Block 148, Lots 15 and 16 (the “Subject Property”), seeking a D(1) use variance, and ‘C’ variance relief in relation to the minimum bulkhead setback – lot 15 (10ft. is required whereas 1.9. is proposed), minimum bulkhead setback – lot 16 (10ft. is required whereas 0.3ft. is proposed), maximum curb cut width – lot 15 (20ft. is permitted whereas 22.3ft. is proposed for each unit), and maximum curb cut width – lot 16 (20ft. is permitted whereas 29.7ft. is proposed for reach unit), in order to develop each lot with a two-family dwelling; is hereby approved, subject to the conditions


No other formal action was taken.
