Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
For 2027 Medix Type III Ford-E450
The City of North Wildwood intends to participate in the Sourcewell Medix Specialty Vehicles contract formally known National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) contract for 2027 Medix Type III Ford E-450, Contract Number: 122123-MDX, to purchase an ambulance through Sourcewell.
Information regarding this contract may be found at the 901 Atlantic Ave, North wildwood, NJ 08260, City Hall, Finance Offcie, Monday through Friday except legal holidays, from 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM, as well as through the Sourcewell website @ https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing
The City of North Wildwood anticipates utilizing the NJPA contract on 6/16/2026. The current NJPA Contract term for #122123-MDX, is valid until 2/28/2028.
It is the intent of the City of North Wildwood, NJ – Nic Long, QPA, Purchasing Agent to make a contract award to Defender Emergency and determined in the best interest of the City of North Wildwood, NJ to utilize Sourcewell Vendors, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell #122123-MSX Medix Specialty Vehicles.
The City of North Wildwood is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
