NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the City of Ocean City Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed with the City of Ocean City Zoning Board of Adjustment seeking bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c), for the minimum rear yard setback requirement, and any other variances the Board may require in the exercise of its discretion, and without further public notice, in order to permit the construction of a new in-ground swimming pool and associated equipment, all of which will be accessory to the existing single-family residence located on the subject property.
The above relief concerns property located at 304 E. Seabright Road, Block 70.25, Lot 2 on the City of Ocean City Municipal Tax Map. The site is improved with an existing single-family residence.
Public hearing on the above-mentioned application has been scheduled for May 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall, 3rd Floor Council Chambers, located at 861 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, New Jersey, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard.
Please take notice that the Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue said hearing from time to time by providing oral notification at the time of the hearing and without requiring the publication or service of further notices and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the City of Ocean City Zoning Board of Adjustment Office concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during regular business hours in the office of the Board Secretary, located at 115 12th Street, Ocean City, New Jersey.
