PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 12th day of May 2026, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Middle Township Municipal Building, located at Boyd & Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, the Middle Township Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application for development of the undersigned. Applicant seeks all required approvals and relief to develop the property with an eighty-five (85) unit residential development. In order to grant Applicant’s requested relief, Applicant requires preliminary major site plan approval, as well as variance relief, pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70(c)(2), from the following bulk requirement of the R Zoning District: 1) Minimum required landscape buffer; 2) Minimum required distance between buildings; and 3) Maximum distance between parking spaces and building. The Applicant also requests any, and all, other variances, approvals, and/or waivers that the Board may deem necessary at the time of the application hearing in this matter.

A copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with Secretary of the Middle Township Planning Board/Zoning Official and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Middle Township Zoning Office, Middle Township Municipal Building, Boyd & Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, by all interested parties at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Middle Township Planning Board. This notice is being sent pursuant to the requirements of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
