PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 12th day of May, 2026, at 6:00 PM, prevailing time, at the Avalon Borough Municipal Building, located at 3100 Dune Drive, Avalon, New Jersey 08202, the Avalon Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application for development of the undersigned applicant. Pursuant to Ordinance Section 27-6.2, Applicant seeks preliminary and final minor residential site plan approval to permit the construction, establishment and maintenance of a new 3-story, single family home consisting of approximately 17,694 square feet of living space with an accessory swimming pool, lighting, landscaping, outdoor decks/patios and related improvements. The property in question consists of approximately 28,700 square feet, situated in the R-1AA Zoning District. The property is currently improved with an existing home which will be demolished.
Applicant seeks any and all other approvals, relief, variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion, and without further public notice.
A copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Avalon Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Avalon Planning/Zoning Office, Avalon Municipal Building, 1401 Dune Drive, Avalon, New Jersey, by all interested parties at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Avalon Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment.
