TAKE NOTICE that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of North Wildwood, County of Cape May and State of New Jersey, on the 3rd day of March, 2026 and was approved on second and final reading after a public hearing thereon at a regular meeting held in the North Wildwood City Hall, 9th and Atlantic Avenues, at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of April, 2026.
