PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held during the March 26, 2026, meeting of the Township of Dennis Consolidated Land Use Board (Board) at which meeting the following application(s) was heard & the following action(s) taken. The Board at its April 23, 2026, meeting has memorialized Application(s):
RE: Salamone Group Corporation

(d)(1) Variance Approvals & (c)(2) Variance Approvals
The Board heard & considered the application of Salamone Group Corporation (Applicant), contractor and agent for real property located at 1944 Route 9 N., Dennis Township, New Jersey 08210, a/k/a Block 262, Lot 7 (the “Property”), seeking (d)(1) and (c)(2) variance relief in order to construct a standalone storage building on the property that will measure 80’x120′ for a total of 9,600 sq. ft. The specific variance relief that was sought and obtained was approval to construct a standalone storage building, which is not permitted in the CVC Zoning District, approval to construct a building that exceeds 100′ in length (proposed length is 120′), and approval for a variance related to minimum required off-street parking spaces where 94 off-street parking spaces are required and 43 off-street parking spaces are proposed. The application was unanimously approved by the Board upon conclusion of the application presentation by the Applicant and its professionals.
Resolution(s) memorializing the Board’s action was adopted at the April 23, 2026, scheduled meeting of the Dennis Township Consolidated Land Use Board. Upon memorialization, said decision will be on file & available for inspection in the Township of Dennis Municipal Building, located at 571 Petersburg Road, Dennisville, New Jersey 08214.
